At Good Dudes, we don’t ask “what is wrong with you?”, rather we ask, “what have you experienced to bring you to this point?” We believe that a person’s lived experience is a significant contributor to any mental health distress and understanding the impact of those experiences can be very helpful in uncovering the underlying cause of unhelpful thoughts and feelings.
